IngenieurStart was created by senior developers who have worked in Germany for many years and want to make the route into professional software work clearer.
From experience to opportunity
Working inside German software teams taught us what no tutorial can show: how strong developers think through a problem, communicate decisions, review code and contribute reliably to a team.
We also saw how difficult the first step can be for a junior developer. Job descriptions feel overwhelming, learning paths are scattered, and it is hard to know whether a portfolio proves the right skills.
So we created the support we believe young developers deserve: focused technical learning, honest one-to-one feedback and preparation tied to the jobs they want.
